Return Policy

CHANGE OF MIND & EXCHANGE

We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do, however if you change your mind after receiving your order, and you wish to exchange, please send us an email within 14 days on bambiandolive@gmail.com

We will work with you to return your item to our warehouse for an exchange or credit note for something else. Please note shipping fees will need to be covered by the buyer.

Products must be in an unused condition, unopened, unwashed and original packaging.

Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind returns. If you have any questions about our products, we are happy to assist prior to finalising your purchase to ensure you select the right piece for you and your family.

Gift Cards, Sale or seconds items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

At Bambi and Olive, we take the quality & safety of our products very seriously. We have carefully designed, tested and packaged each item before its dispatched to ensure you and your family are totally satisfied with our products.

In the event you are not satisfied, we will strive to resolve your situation as best as possible.

In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please send us an email with your proof of purchase (within 7 days), with details and picture of the fault. (Email- bambiandolive@gmail.com via the Contact Us page)

We will assess the claim and advise you of the outcome

If your faulty item claim is approved, you may be required to return the faulty item to our warehouse for inspection

We will issue an replacement, exchange or store credit if your item is approved for return (pending stock availability).

Please note, general wear & tear, or misusing/ not following proper care instructions is not covered by this returns policy.
